Chartered in 1980, the South Bay Chapter is one of over 200 American Association of Critical Care Nurse Chapters. We support the needs of acute care nurses throughout the South San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome nurse and serve members working or residing in South Santa Clara County (Gilroy and Morgan Hill), Silicon Valley (including San José and Santa Clara), the East Bay and the Peninsula.
The South Bay Chapter fosters and advances the profession of critical care, progressive care, and acute care nursing. We welcome, support, and collaborate with nurses, nursing students, nursing instructors, healthcare professionals, and those interested in joining us to network and share best practices to advance evidence-based practice, healthcare outcomes. We are a diverse team who pride ourselves on providing education consistent with AACN’s Standards and Mission to help nurses make their optimal contribution.
